I’m Destin — strength coach — specialized in pre/post natal, hormone regulation, and life coaching. I am a gym owner, and creator of The Glam Glutes Method. I help women train smarter, feel stronger, and finally see results without running themselves into the ground. My approach is all encompassing, looking at all aspects of your life to ensure your success, without sacrificing enjoying life.
